Admissions will be granted in accordance with the prescribed guidelines, which include the submission of the following documents:
- HSE or an equivalent examination certificate, indicating the candidate’s date of birth and other pertinent details.
- Memorandum of Marks from the qualifying examination, demonstrating eligibility for admission (e.g., Intermediate or an equivalent examination).
- Transfer Certificate from the candidate’s previous educational institution.
- Social status certificate for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Backward Classes, as issued by the designated authority.
- Ten passport-sized photographs.
How to Apply ?
Application form must be filled up by candidates in own handwriting. Candidates must apply in a prescribed form supplied along with prospectus. If applications found incomplete or not submited on the prescribed form and those reaching after the last date shall not be entertained.
What are the Necessary Condition To Confirm Admission ?
- Deposit of fees immediately after medical fitness.
- Report of verification of 10+2 from concerned examination board/university.
- Acceptance letter to terms and conditions in the prospectus.
What Are the Reasons For Rejection of An Application For Admission ?
The admission can be cancelled at any stage or stopped during or after all the admission formalities have been completed, if any of the following observations come to notice of the authority of the school/hospital: –
- False or incorrect statement made by the candidate.
- Fraudulent means used by the candidate for getting admission.
- False unauthentic documents attached to the admission application form.
- Enrollment in any other full time part time/study or classes.
